Julian Agency was founded in 1962 by Antoinette Guiliano. Ms.
Guiliano was a pioneer in the development of commercial real
estate services in this part of Maryland. She forged ahead with a
vision and determination to succeed where others had failed.
Using a keen business sense and commercial savvy she
partnered with entrepreneurs and established business owners
to develop ideas that developed in to projects that became
reality. Julian Agency then became a respected leader in the
field of commercial development. To the agencies credit are:

In 2002 the business changed broker's with Ms. Giuliano's
daughter assumed the helm as broker of record. Ms. Van Tyne
active in the business since childhood brings to the agency the
skills of the past with the techniques of the future. Ms. Van Tyne
possess a M.S in Engineering. Today, the focus continues to
include commercial real estate and an increased focus on REO
Management, Marketing and sales. Our approach to REO's
consists of more than just a re-key and a sign, but encompasses
all those required details to facilitate the sale of bank owned
properties with a hands on personal approach. Real Estate
Auction Services are also available through the agency.
